I can't speak for everyone, but I has a tired. It's been a rough week with decorating, running round for my Nativity opera programme that plays twice tonight, and just plain getting old. It's fun being 28 again.

howdy 'mos... how is everyone tonight?

Pretty good, other than a slightly strained hip from some rather challenging poses in yoga class tonight. Unfortunately weight training doesn't seem to improve flexibility much.

I haven't been to the gym since the 5th. On the 6th I started feeling pretty sick and shortly thereafter came down with a nasty bout of the flu. I figured it would be a couple days until I'd be back up, but after the severe stuff, things just kind of lingered. Finally, today I went in to the doctor. He looked like he saw a ghost after listening to my chest and taking a chest x-ray. He just kept repeating that there is no way I should be functioning right now because apparently I've got some severe pneumonia. A shot in my hip and some medications later, I was sent back home and will be back in a couple days to follow up. This is my first time having pneumonia. Hopefully next week I'll be back in the gym.
