I know for creatine mono most usually stick to about 5-7 grams a day but what about creatine hydrochloride? I've used Con Cret in the past for sh!ts and giggles and that had 500 mg a serving. Just ordered Neurocore (buy one get one free, a deal I couldn't pass up) and realized that it has 1000 mg of creatine hydrochloride per serving.
