Yep, and that was the issue's him and Sibil are said to have had. He wanted to keep the size and she wanted more cardio to cut. He tried his way and came in flat. So somewhere in between is what Sibil was saying next. Like not so many weeks of cardio before hand.

Yes, 4 his rookie year in 2010 and 5 in 2011. If you look at the placement pattern. You can see how far up and down he went as time went on. I mean from 1st one show to 14th the next that rookie year. In 2011, not so so bad, 2nd,2nd,3rd, 8th and 9th.

I was about to say that to you above, lol. Ronnie got into a "special suit " which you see him get into with the help of two people in the video. Anyway, all still strong mofo.

Roelly is like Coleman strong. Just a belt and knee wraps.







Flat bench, no arch, lifting, etc. Hate the spotter though. But that's how they do things in many of thier video's.
