    I don't eat that clean.

    If you work out 2.5 hours a day for 6 days a week, you tend to burn off whatever junk gets put on you.
    But of course I did gain some fat. But then again, I could lose it very very quickly.

    keep thinking that I'm on roid man. I used to train 3 hours, 4 days a week when I was doing strength and explosiveness.

    I rest for a long time you. Being in the gym for 2 hours doesn't mean you train the entire time. I put the "rest" time into the "training session time" as well.

    I can gain that much weight because
    1. I have been around 160s a lot in previous years.
    2. I eat 4000-6000 calories a day.
    3. My CNS is efficient, therefore I get to fire more muscle fibers (hence more growth) than the average person (You) who needs steroids for the same result.

    I agree, when i train like that, i see amazing results, where some friends on cell-tech only can see on cell-tech. Genetics=/=cell-tech

    People forget that not everyone has the average genetics, look at all these pro athletes, not all of them are on the sh!t and are monsters.
