I started on my own routine in the beginning weighing at 126lbs for a few months, and my weight jumped to 135lbs. At that time, I was eating 2600-2800cal a day. I tried AllPro Beginner and that did nothing for me. Now I started AllPro Intermediate after I leveled out and started stalling, upped my calories to about 3000-3300 a day. I have hit week 2 and have made strength gains across the board. My bench for example went from 125lbs to 140, SLDL from 140-160, Deadlift from 160 at start to almost 200. Shoulder press from 60 to 80. My muscles feel thicker, more defined and yet my weight is now 133lbs. I know this is a probably a very common, and most likely very newbie question, but how can I be gaining everything but weight? I havent gained MUCH mass, just a bit of thickness. It's something but not something awe-inspiring. I do noticed that hip flab comes and goes depending on my activity, but I'm not really "fat". I kind of thought that by adding strength and thickness that my weight would go UP, not DOWN, especially since I started great. I'm doing my best to eat more and more, but it's a struggle with my schedule. Also, come next month I wont be able to bulk due to an almost year-long academy of sorts in which I cant train the way I want, or eat when I want. Advice?
