I'd like to get BF3 for 360 as I LOVED the beta, if I get SOLELY the original bf3 will I have a good time or do I need to get the expansions? I'd rather not spend more money on it if it's not that necessary. Thanks.

I have karkand from when i preordered but I see theres close quarters and some tank one out now.
Tank combat doesnt really appeal to me, so whats close quarters like?
