Is this possible? I would want to lose as much fat as possible while gaining muscle is the secondary issue. Is this possible to do? Also, what is a good supplement (pill or powder) to take in order help me lose as much body fat as possible?

If you've never lifted weight consistently then you will gain muscle "Noob gains" while cutting fat for the first 3-6 months on a low cal high protein diet.
Fat burners are unnecessary, the only thing that will help you lose fat is eating correctly and the only thing that will help you build muscle is protein (clean protein would be ideal i.e. grilled chicken, egg whites, tuna, and shakes)Always rep fellow military brahs.

what are your current stats (height and weight?). Even for intermediate lifters, you can still gain strength as long as you arent in a BIG deficit. Of course strength gains arent always associated with muscle though. The greeks knew it, the carthaginians knew it, and now you know it.
You should probably get on a beginner routine like SS and throw in cardio when needed. Only supplements you should probably take are creatine and fish oil, if you eat at least a piece of fruit and a vegetable and have a relatively clean diet, you should be getting your micronutrients from those. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
