Hey guys, i know this is a noob question, but id need some help.
Im currently at like 12% BF so pretty close, and trying to get to 9-10% for summer.
Now here is the questions :
How much cardo will be needed per day? And is HIIT a better option than regular cardio ?
For food , how much protein/carbs/fat should i be getting, and is -500 calories perfect or should i go less than that?
How long do you think it will take to get to there?
Btw im 152 pounds atm.

1. Cardio is not needed if you eat at a lower calorie level than what your body burns.
2. Protein intake is based on your body weight. Ex: if I weigh 150 lbs I consume 150 grams of protein. Dont focus on carbs and fat. But try to eat some healthy fats such as fish,nuts,oils etc. I like to lose weight at about 4-6 lbs a month.
3. No longer than 2 months. If you do it right.
