advice on lowering my body fat %

Hi lads, I've been working out steadily for the last 2 years or so, but I've become stuck in terms of lowering my body fat %. I currently weigh 81kg (178lbs) and 5'11 with 16% body fat. In the past I've had no problem in gaining weight while training and I know for my current goal of lowering my Body fat % to around 12-13% requires making changes to diet, which i have. I've cut out processed foods, junk foods and lowered my carb intake.

So basically, just wondering If any of you have had similar problems, and what tips would you give me in terms of training and diet that have worked for you?

yea you just have to cut now, that means still weight train hard but have a calorie deficiency, this means you need to cut calories either by eating less or doing more cardio while still getting A TON of protein

As has been said time and time again, go read the stickies. By saying this indicates that you may not really know what you're doing. Cutting processed and junk foods is good, but merely lowering your carb intake isn't the key to losing weight. You need to live in a calorie deficit while maintaining a proper macro intake. Read the stickies and understand this and come back if you have specific questions.

This is about as solid advice as you can get. There is a ton of info on the site, it just has to be searched. Cutting really isn't all that complicated, it's all about the numbers and a solid workout program...
