I take a chicken breast grill it and while it's cooking chop up some shrooms onion and peppers and put them in a skillet. When they are done I take a 1/4 cup of emerils or whatever sauce you like (tomato sauce that is) and mix it in with the vegetables the place on top of the grilled chicken. I sometimes put it in a wrap or whatever. The sauce is only 40 cals the vegetables and mushrooms are around 40. Good stuff
