eat moar, do moar dropsets, train till failure, add an arm day

use a lighter weight, switch between DB's and BB's, use cables etc.

thanks. i go to failure on my sets. so today after back i did 3 sets of dem EZ curls and then 4 sets of cable curls with the straight bar attachment. i think i will make an arm / shoulder day or maybe just arm day next time i switch routine.

you are not leaving a lot of time between that arm day on Saturday and the upperbody day on Monday. why not go with lower, off, upper(pushing), off, upper(pulling), Arms, off?
