i know i don't post in here that much, but this thread has been extremely motivational for me, especially now for some reason. there are times when i sort of lose focus mentally about my weight loss. things have been going so well, and i've been so consistent, to the point where i don't think about it that much - and it sometimes makes me feel a little lazy.
but recently, submitting my weight every week is a reminder that i'm on a mission here. so it just fuels me right when i'm at my weakest, just enough to get me going again!

I agree..really we are a small group, but it has helped tremendously that I am forced to submit my weight every week. I woke up at 185 even today, really pumped about that. My cut has been going nicely, and I decided to take a waist measurement; dropped a whole inch since I last took it. 33.5" now! My ultimate goal is to be around 185 with a 32" waist, but that's a ways off..

Diet has been on point so far this week, I do not plan on cheating at all for a while, however if I do stray from my diet what I eat will fit my macros. Today I will be doing a calisthenic type workout with a friend of mine. He puts together his routines from a book called "convict conditiong" which he has told me a little about but I am not familiar with it at all, it should be an interesting workout.

Hey Guys! just a quick update; spreadsheet is updated with new submissions. missing a few. Ovara is still in first. But there is a close second!

Might have to drop my calories a little bit. Been eating around 2k-2200k since I started cutting back in January and now I have had 2 consecutive weeks without a drop in weight. Thinking I might need to knock it down 1-200 calories..ugh lol..its hard enough eating only 2k calorieswww.grazethesky.com

^ nice. i played in a horseshoe tournament yesterday and won the dam thang. 15$ entry, came out with 165$...also won the most ringers thrown in a game too. pretty badd arse.
needless to say i pigged out and i drank a ton of beers..wasn't too worried about it as far as weight is concerned...but im pretty sick of drinking though..almost 30 and i feel like its holding me back mentally in a lot of other places in my life besides BB'ing...would like to go sober for the rest of my life, but its tough when my mind says otherwise.
anyways, im feeling great physically. i played some of the best basketball i've ever played in my life last week..my stamina and endurance is up along with strength..totally feel in the best shape of my life. grabbing the rim on my vertical jump no problem right now. just need like 6-8 more inches to start throwing down comfortably.
also ive switched over to a more body building friendly lifts during this cut, meaning im doing higher reps on lower weight but still getting those strong contractions.
gonna go update the spreadsheet now. have a great week fellaz!
oh i'm going to probably run another one of these tournaments for another 3 months and hopefully recruit some more people. i'll give you guys a heads up ahead of time so you can get your spot. even if its a small group i dont care, this has been helping me stay on top of my diet
guys this is the last week to lose as much as possible!! lol went by so fast!

Hey guys! Congrats to all. I don't have all your submissions yet so we can't produce a winnner, but it's going to be a tight race for the top spot I can see that. When I get all the submissions in, I'll make a post in here with all the fun stats from start to finish.
I started the other comp today, so I switched our spreadsheet over to a new one. The new link can be found here;
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...sRTZkNEE#gid=2
Lets get these submissions in asap guys and close this comp down for good!www.grazethesky.com

Guys! It's officially over. Our competition got dwindled down 12 people LOL. We started out with something like 60 people or so.
So, a congratulations is in order for Bowley88 who took 1st place in most pounds lost, with 40lbs loss total!
and another congratulations is in order for Ovara who lost the most body fat % with a 17% fat loss!
So congrats to you both. This was a fun challenge for us all, and I'm glad that we all made it to the end.
Here's the stats!

best thing i've participated in all year, and i'm being 100% serious! congrats to the winners, but congrats also goes to everyone that followed through, and submitted their weight every single week. now that is what i call commitment.
and thanks once again to ryan for setting the entire thing up. i'm now looking forward to the new one, which is already underway. this definitely feels like an amazing accomplishment! i'm still feeling very fat, but i am in a million times better shape than i was at 270 lbs, or even at 252.2 lbs (where i started this comp).
and i'm looking at other before/after weights, and i know how awesome you guys must be feeling! keep up the good work, and on to the next one!
