Day 6: Rest(if needed) and/or Repeat
My diet isn't anything special right now. I am a college student with an unlimited supply to a buffet(not junk food buffet) so I'm eating whatever lean proteins they have to offer depending on what they are cooking up that day since it is different every day.
1. Protein shake upon waking(1 scoop)
2. Fresh Foods Cafe(high protein, moderate fats)
3. Post workout protein shake(2 scoops)
4. Fresh Foods Cafe(" ")
5. Casein protein shake before bed(one scoop)

First Impression: Taste very similar to Green Apple Aminox. It isnt quite as tasty but it's definitely better tasting than all of the other N.O. Explode flavors. The mixability is really good especially in the new shaker cup

Today I had a really good pump. I was a lot more focused than yesterday. Maybe I rounded my two scoops too high yesterday but today I was definitely feeling extremely in the zone. My lats were feeling really strong on pull ups and lat pulldowns. My DB rows were stronger than ever and I'm glad I am back to taking a pre-workout that has me training like I should be.Certified Nice Guy

Amazing pump today my chest was on fire by the end of my workout but I wanted to keep going. I am really working on calves a lot lately and they are developing very quickly.
