So i have went from 170 to- 190 in a short span of time. I am taking creatine so it may just be alot of water. I am having a problem of going over my calories. I am hitting my macros though and I have seen a BIG increase in my strength. I am seeing big improvements in my arms but I have also some fat around my belly, my question is should I still continue what im doing? Im going about 800 over my maintenance.. yes i know its alot.. I know im going to have to loose all the fat later but I just want a second opinion.

You don't need to switch to eating more "clean" foods. Rather you need to eat less food full stop. If you are struggling to stay satiated with your current diet I would suggest swapping out any liquid calories for solid food, eat more protein, eat more fiber but personally I'd recommend more self control.

Well, if im eating foods that have alot of calories and im going over my calories doesnt that mean i should eat less calorie dense foods to keep my calories low and still hit my macros? Makes since right?..I can still eat dirty foods but I still risk going over my limits..
i think ill take a look at the stickies

It may just be me but if you believe that you are hitting your macros square, then say you are going over your caloric total... To me that means you mneed to re-do the math on your diet bro. Your calories should equal your macros.
Correct me if I'm wrong"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)
