And I don't know.. maybe some evidence that truly indicated his self defense claim was false? If there wa enough evidence that he didn't act in self defense, he would have been arrested. Like I said, in Florida the burden of proof is on the police/judicial system when someone claims self defense.

Everything is sickening about this case. The news is manipulating everyone by more likely twisting the story to make it more 'interesting'. The kid probably attacked first and got kill......or maybe the man just shot the kid. But, we all know that the news will go with the 'man shot the innocent kid' story because they would have a much larger viewer engagement with that story....more viewers=more ad dollars.
The facts are:
we only have one side to the story (from the man)
the media will continue to do whatever it takes to manipulate their viewers into "watching the story unfold"
This is why I haven't been jumping around and shouting like everyone about either side....because none of us really knows what happen. You're all probably just basing your decisions on the case from what you think happened or through racism.PSN: yomama84

Zimmerman couldnt fight back either. He had to keep his gun hand free. Imagine if Zimmerman busted his hand and couldnt shoot. Or Trayvon was able to hurt his gun hand.
The gun could only be grabbed instantly by whichever hand.
The head injury is big. Once you get a head injury there is wide latitude as to guilt regarding what is shot afterwards.

In 2011 their cases got overturned due to suspicion that the judge who handed out the sentences was under the influence of alcohol at the time.... pretty sure their cases have yet to go back to court.... R O F L.... go look it up

The only good thing that has come from this story is that people finally shut the **** up about Kony2012.
Black people want Zimmerman to be found guilty because they feel it was a hate crime. White people want Zimmerman to be found guilty because the media has twisted the story to make it appear that a grown up murdered an innocent black kid - also, because if any white person speaks out in Zimmerman's defense there automatically a racist according to society.
It really is pathetic how many people can be twisted by the media's orchestration of the story, and their choosing of when to release certain facts about it.
From the facts which have been posted about the story, especially with the new evidence of Zimmerman's evidence, in my opinion there is a STRONG possibility he will be found innocent in court - assuming they can even find an unbiasd jury for this case.
Anyone who supports his being found guilty after the facts which we have do so only out of being motivated by the thirst and excitement of this being exposed as a racist event.STL Cardinals
