I have a pretty simple question for you guys. I've been looking all over the internet, and while I can't find anything that specifically mentions Xylitol being decent for carb refeeding, I'm wondering if anyone here knows the answer. I've only research stating that Xylitol has some decent health benefits, but nothing relating to Leptin.
Just curious because I'm trying to fit in Jello sugar free pudding into my refeed.
