driven and put in tons of work on my buddys fully built termi, driving fast in straight lines just doesnt do it for me.
id say my STi is pretty fast, will brostangs beat me on the strip? yeah, no doubt. my car isnt designed to drive as fast as possible in a straight line or be launched
not dismissing driver skill but it comes down more to who has the faster car more than anything else
my buddy is making a bastard WJ Jeep custom suspension (I think it was WJ, 4dr early 90s).i'll have to get some pics for you once im back there again.
obviously launching isnt going to be as simple as just flooring it in a muscle car. Im not that [/b]ignorant[/b]
i guess ya'll have nothing better to do down south then dump ridiculous amounts of money to drive a second or two faster down a straight road.Your Dreams are within reach

Doing this in the O/R section...
If you could only have two guns, what would they be? You don't have to be too specific, but you can be. At the core my two would be a handgun first, followed by a rifle. The handgun would have to be something small enough to carry anywhere and everywhere, one way or the other, but large enough to be shootable. It would be a service caliber. The rifle would be a semi automatic primarily intended for defensive use, at home and/or for "SHTF". It would be a common caliber and it would be fed by removable magazines. It would be easy to mount optics to.
PHOTOS PREFERRED!
These two are the specific firearms I own that I would pick:
If money was no object I would probably get one of the new generation rifles. Don't know which one. Kinda like the SCAR.

Such an impossible question. WAY too many variables.
-Where am I?
-What's the situation?
-For how long will I have to rely on these two weapons for?
-Why can't I carry/procure more weapons?
-What else am I carrying/taking care of?
-Am I alone, or do I have companions who can also carry/employ weapons?
-Will I be restricted to humping everything, or do I have a vehicle?
-How readily available are ammunition and supplies for these weapons?Near, far, wherever you are...
...I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you open the door.
And you're here in my heart.
And my heart will go on and on.

Your life. If, as soon as you hit the submit button, you only had and could only have two guns (a nightmare, I know), what would they be? Consider it indefinite, but with whatever spare parts, ammo, etc, you have or would reasonably have access to, etc.
This isn't a scenario question, it's a 'figure out where your core priorities for firearms lie' question
As much as most of us like guns, and as much as we know that you can have dozens of different guns that do different things in different ways and are all useful in their own right, I like the mental exercise of paring things down to the most basic. What do you really need the most?
