Nice bench. Could have sworn you were stuck at 45-50 not too long ago.

OHP
Warm up : 8 x 20kg (44lb) , 5 x 32kg (70.4)
Rest time in between sets: 3mins
3 x 45kg (99lb)
3 x 45kg (99lb)
3 x 45kg (99lb)
3 x 45kg (99lb)
3 x 45kg (99lb)
Yeeeeee haaaaa! Remain at this weight for 2 more sessions.
Deadlifts
5 x 99kg [217.8lb] 3mins later
5 x 99kg [217.8lb] 4.40mins later
7 x 99kg [217.8lb]
I tried to aim for 3mins in between instead of 5mins but I could strap the extra weight in the bag quick enough so to make up for this I did 7 reps.
Chinups

5 x 11kg (24.2lb)

3 x 61kg
3 x 61kg
2 x 61kg Huh!?
2 x 61kg
2 x 61kg
1 x 63kg extra work. Hard
****..Bad session. I didnt have much to eat past 2 days and lost .4lbs. Now I pay for it and bench showed it.
Barbell Rows
3x5x69kg
Might just start doing barbell rows instead of Pendlay. Was the difference in terms of muscle activation?
Lying Leg Raises
3x10x17kg
Run out of whey. I train at 7:45pm and finish at 9:20pm and theres no protein I can get at that time. Do you have to consume protein after workout? Or can you get all your protein before workout?❝If you're not making mistakes you're not taking risks and that means you're not going anywhere. Thanks brah!!
__
For the first time in a while a missed a workout due to feeling unwell.
I ate breakfast and lunch and vommitted 80% of it out. **** this pissed me off. I timed myself how long it takes to eat lunch and breakkie and it was 2hrs 14mins. Im a very slower eater! So 2hrs and 14mins of my time ****ing wasted...
I felt my immune system was very weak; I had a stomch ache and had a very sore throat.
For some reason eating breakfast takes so long. can take up to 1hr.
I need a way of making eating easier. I wake up at 11:30 which might be a problem. If I wake up early say 9:00 will it be easier to get all my calories?
I love my off days but again I hate missing a workout. Today I had about 1000cals becuase my body just refused to take in food.. Benching 61kg on friday is going to be a killer now
Also I started strength training on 1st september 2011. I have made ****ty progress. Bench was at 34kg now 61kg. I really hope I can get 100kg by Setember 1st 2013.❝If you're not making mistakes you're not taking risks and that means you're not going anywhere. This may be specific to me, but I personally find that the sooner I eat after waking up, the easier it is for me to eat 4000 calories each day.
Just shovel food down first thing. I think it just gets your metabolism going sooner.
If you're waking up at 11:30am then going to bed at say 10pm... yes getting up at 9am will make it easier to reach your caloric goal for the day as you can spread your meals out over more time.

Good to see your bench is progressing now bro.
You should probably think more about the gym though, then you can have a spot whenever you need it, all the equipment etc...Upper/Lower
Current Goal - cut down to <75kg maintain >350kg total

Squat_____130kg__________112.5kg 1x4

Unlucky with the bad day, everyone gets them. It could be nutrition or your body just wasn't feeling it, just get it next time!

I saw your thread about this and am glad your still lifting, things like this will pass eventually. As soon as I got back to school I dropped 2-3 pounds but I got my nutrition and sleep in check and there back right where I started. Good luck on hitting 64kg too.
And I got lucky from being deep red into the 700s, it's good though because I'm clearly not a troll accountBench: 255lbs (115kg)
