    Reps X KG (LB)

    Press
    5 x 41 (90) +1kg
    4 x 41 (90) +1kg , -1 rep
    5 x 41 (90) +1kg To mouth level only

    Alright. REDO

    Deadlift
    5 x 94 (206.8) +1kg
    1 x 97 (213.4) +1kg

    Hardest Deadlift ever. REDO

    Clap Pushups
    8 x 6 (13.2) +0kg
    8 x 6 (13.2) +0kg
    8 x 6 (13.2) +0kg

    Hmm.

    Barbell Curls
    8 x 29 (63.8) +0kg
    8 x 29 (63.8) +0kg

(6mins later as I went for a shyte)

    8 x 29 (63.8) +0kg

REDO. Didn't have the energy so form wasn't great.

    Notes
Damn. Lacked energy today as I did get the extra calories from my two pieces of bread and a sachet of noodles. Need to focus on getting them extra calories and results show that it makes a difference.

I also had a migraine today maybe due to the heat (abruptly became warm few days ago from 15 to 22 degrees).

+ Im noticing iv got like 18% bf.

An update on my bowed legs (reason why I stopped squatting):

Have you been to a doctor about the bowed legs? Because it doesn't seem that serious imo, you should be able to do squats without the condition going worse, or lunges etc.

And you have 18% bf? Hardly so!

I believe so but I prefer it with underhand as it feels more natural.

68kg or 74kg rows in video? Little typo.

Other than that, still strong rows! Underhand grip is easier than overhand?

    68 + 6kg bar.

When I show a lift via video I will include the bar. other than that I will not.

    I find under hand easier.

Bench looks good! Also don't put different weight formats in your post (with bar weight, without etc) it's really confusing lol, just include the bar weight.

may i suggest adding dips to the routine? Really got my chest growing, 2 chairs facing opposite with cloths under your hands, make sure the chairs are sturdy!

Im am counting as many calories as I can. On workout days I call these days 'Carb Days' and just get as much carbs as possible e.g yesterday I ate 8 slices of bread which contain 22g of carbs each.

On workout days is the amount of calories more important than amount of carbs consumed or vice versa?

Some foods I just cant count but Ill try.
