    congrats!

don't focus on diet at your age - your body is producing loads of test already so just make sure you eat plenty and get your protein in and you'll grow regardless!

if you focus on bulking/cutting you'll end up cutting calories at a stage in your life where you're growing all over, and you're not obese or anything so there's no need to worry about it.

This. Take advantage of your teen years and bulk more than you cut, as you'll gain muscle the fastest these next 3-4 years. I would bulk until 160 or so, then you can cut.

    Notes

So happy with bench. Possible reasons why I had one of the best workouts ever:

-Watch the Kai Green video and he emphasizes the mind how you got to believe you can do it. Strong mind connection.
    -Ate more than usual
-No music makes me concentrate better

I will do 54kg next time aswell. I will not let my ego throw me out the window.

Should I Bulk up or not? im 64kg (143lb) with lots of belly fat.
You're gaining weight fast, that's good! Wish I gained some weight.

    Press
    5 x 39 (85.8) -1kg
    5 x 39 (85.8) +1kg
    5 x 39 (85.8) +1kg

Went down to neck level Don't know if I should do 40kg or stay at same weight. My ego will probably get me to do 40kg.

    Deadlift
    5 x 92 (202.4) +1kg
    2 x 95 (209) +2.5kg

Ok so Iv used up all the bar space now...WUTTODO!?

    Clap Pushups
    8 x 5 (8.8) +0kg
    8 x 5 (8.8)
    8 x 5 (8.8)

Felt a pain from the 3rd rep of 1st set but carried on.

    Barbell Curls
    8 x 28 (61.6) +0kg
    8 x 28 (61.6)
    8 x 28 (61.6)

Form was better. The deadlifts kill my biceps. Could flip a coin whether to stay at 28kg or 29kg next time.

Started at 3kg in the 1st set but only could do 3 reps?! Doing 3kg next time!

    Notes

I when I made numerous threads on how to gain weight and improve my bench people just replied what at first seems useless and not well though out 'Eat more'. This actually is they key. Iv been eating like 300-500 surplus a day.

Is it okay to have sufficient protein on your off days and not worry about calories? Is having enough calories on your off days equally important as having enough calories on your working days?

If you're looking to bulk you need to be in a surplus every single day.

    Reps X KG (LB)

    Press
    5 x 40 (88) +1kg
    5 x 40 (88) +1kg
    5 x 40 (88) +1kg

    Wow. See notes.

    Deadlift
    5 x 93 (204.6) +1kg
    3 x 96 (211.2) +1kg

    2nd set was hard.

    Clap Pushups
    8 x 6 (13.2) +1kg
    8 x 6 (13.2) +1kg
    8 x 6 (13.2) +1kg

Took ages setting this up. See photo and REDO.

    Barbell Curls
    8 x 29 (63.8) +1kg
    8 x 29 (63.8) +1kg
    8 x 29 (63.8) +1kg

    REDO

    Notes

Press: Felt so phucking goood! Bar went down to neck/clavicle. It was easier than expected so that I had to double check that it was 40kg (46kg if +bar). 41kg next time!

Deadlift: Had to use bags to to add weight. [PIC]

Clap Push ups: Phuck me this too like 10 minutes to set up. I couldn't tie the knot to it was securely on my back. [PIC]

    5 x 56 (123) +1kg
    4 x 56 (123) +1kg , -1rep

Hmm not bad. Im hoping the reason for this is because I used my 2kg plates which are actually 2.26kg but I just rounded it. So really I benched around 56.5kg and the increase might be a little to big. I normally increase weight by 1kg- not 1.5kg. REDO
