ok im a guy im 16 now i used to be 220 lbs last year now im 170 lbs at 13-14 %bodyfat .... QUESTION 1. im stuck on a plateau and cant get my abs defined cuz of belly fat...what supplement helps and what can i do about it QUESTION 2. now im going to the gym but i dont want to increase muscle mass on legs i wanna have defined legs but i do not want mass!!! what can i do?
basically i wonna have thin but defined legs and just over all lean body like thin but ripped

whatever you was doing keep at it...as being defined is all about having low body fat so that means you must eat less than what you are doing now so I guess cutting another 500 calories out of your diet everyday and you should see a 1lb loss each week. Also while on a cut your legs will not get big as it will probably get even more defined.
