Ok, so this is my first post and I figured what better way to introduce myself than to show some before and after shots.
The first before and after is basically the best picture I had of myself before I started lifting and the after picture is a photo from last summer when I hit an all time high of 190 lbs and 7% body fat. Well, I'm even heavier now at 200 lbs and 7% body fat and plan on posting an even better picture of myself asap.
The 2nd before and after is a back pose. I took the first back pose last winter, right after I finished cutting to 155 lbs and the after picture was taken a few weeks ago at 200 lbs. I've achieved a lot of mass in this pic, but like to think I've gotten even better tone, let me know what you think.
The 3rd and 4th pics aren't before and after, they're just current images of my quads, to show you that I'm not just an upper body dude. Let me know what you all think and give me feedback please.

Making solid progress then dude, just keep at it, I was skinny as fuark when I started as you can see, as long as your dedicated you can do it. If you'd like, I can send you my diet, it's pretty lengthy in detail but it spells everything out and tells you exactly what to do...its the diet I've used to gain the 45 in a year.

Yeah dude that would be awesome.
Right now my typical daily diet includes: (from wake up till sleep)
bowl of Raisin bran & 2% milk before workout
6 egg whites/ 2 pieces of rye toast after workout
orange juice/one scoop of whey after workout
banana (on the way to school)
While at school:
turkey breast sandwich w/ spinach and pepper jack cheese on rye
cup of cottage cheese w/ strawberries
(approx 2 servings 4oz) chicken breast/brown rice w/ 1 tablespoon of Olive oil and a few olives
1-1/2 servings of walnuts
Way home
have a pear
Dinner/before bed
Natty Pb&J on rye
cassein shake w/ 2% milk
Def change things up as I get bored etc..... Lately I have been making up a cup of oats/cup of greek yogurt and throwing in some fruit or walnuts for a quick easy meal or when I do not feel like making eggs.
