Hey guys I feel like I'm hitting a plateau or I think I'm overtraining, should I take a week off from the gym? My workout consists of going to the gym 5 days a week, 3 days weight training and 2 days cardio and abs. I've been going hard for 2 months like that. Any advice I would greatly appreciate it thanks.
