Thumbs up ITT: Mountain Bike Brah's (nocelltech) GTFIH!!! (XC, DH, DJ welcome)

2012 Season is coming and will be here faster than your moms gaping vagina will be on my doorstep. Bike parks will be opening as the snow melts. As the weather here in Cali warms up, the more bikes I see heading to the hills. Favorite time of the year, brah's.

Seeing as though every other bike thread gets overtaken by roadie's, we shall post our stoke ITT.

Here's my rig, 2008 Norco shore 1 with a few mods:

-White Syncros D.P.S. 32 rims with matching syncros DH hubs
    -Straitline brake levers
-e.13 LG1 guide (thinking of doing dual ring for climbing)
    -WTB Pure-V seat

    Faurk yeah, brah's!

Saw MRS. Hannah mashin' out the world cup on sunday! Got 1rd after not being on her bike for a year?

Sick pics and some sick whips already.

Haven't been miscin' all that much since we just got rained on for a few days last week. Great dirt for building! Been working on a few new sections on a few different tracks/trails out hurr in cali!
    New section:

The dags at the bottom of my "welcome home" trail. 5 min DH that ends at the garage. If I bring the dags, I stop at the aqueduct and let them cool off.

Reppin' teh misc on the hill. DOIN' WORK on the "drunken ladder"

Fist time hitting a new road gap.

Looks exactly like a Gap my friend and I random found one day. Nice session on it and I stopped. My friend said 1 more time, ended up breaking His Leg bad and was on crutches for a year.

Sick thread!! Been riding since I was 15. Love it, nothing more brutal than a long ass ride with some heavy climbing and bombing downhill single track!

How I envy you west coasters. Living in a major city has it's drawbacks when it comes to DH. But hey, we got some decent parks and DJs here and there. If I can muster up some cash and settle some other crap, plan on getting myself this beauty since my old bike was stolen:

    And slapping a gyro.

Bros' can I get a general rating on my bike?

2010 Scott Scale 70 (like pic exactly, but that's not mine)

It's completely stock. I've been riding it for 2 years.

Our terrain in Houston is mostly phucking flat. I don't get to do downhill and there are a lot of roots. Is the the ideal bike for my surroundings? Or is there something better?
