I am impressed with anyone who goes in the gym and works their butt off.I see so many on phones,texting,chatting,reading books on machines or just laying across them...and they expect a built body doing that.I shouldn't say it but i'm glad those "two week wonders" leave,they are in the way of anyone serious about working out.
