I really like this long post at Bobyduilding history, as a bodybuilder I know how much it's important to know more about bodybuilding, but today generation don't know how is it difficult to get muscles and prepare for a competition and show your body.
You have to get some extra efforts, you have to sacrifice your family, you have to sacrifice your friends, You have to sacrifice you time, you have to sacrifice you business, so after you can become a great champion, but it's not easy.
I am a professional bodybuilder and I run my health and fitness blog tikkaykhan . com I know how is it difficult for me to run both site business and bodybuilding.

As a bodybuilder I appreciate this lengthy post on bodybuilding history. Today's generation doesn't realize how difficult it is to build muscles and prepare for a competition.
