Hiya Mike, great seeing you again. Missed you around here, hope all is well.
Sorry I have been awol the past few days I have had a very hectic few days but I promise to be back on track now.
Did my usual Cardio and Abs training Saturday morning, plus tanned I had every intention of going and doing legs Saturday night, but LBM and I had gone shopping and I found the perfect futon for my apartment. Sooooooooo he and I carried this thing up to the third floor, and it's solid wood. Yeah my apt. does not have an elevator lol Going to the gym and doing legs was just not appealing to me
Anyway will be back at the gym Tuesday AM for Cardio and after work Tuesday night will be Chest Night
Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!!!!

Killed that chest RB, those pauses at the bottom really make the press worth it.
FM , 3 floors of stairs carrying a futon sounds like a dam good leg workout and back; shoulders, grip. Hell you pretty much took care of the whole body there. LolDistal Biceps Tendon tear crew. (07/15/19)
