Let me know what you think of the TM routine. I get bored very quickly so I have to constantly keep changing things up. That is also why you will never see a traditional training routine from me. You never know what you will see in my journals. But it's been working for me so I continue on!

Yes it is I can't tell you how many different Creatine products I tried over the years, this is the first one that did not bloat me and give me tummy issues. Bloating is not a good thing especially for us women
Have you tried Beta-Cret?

DTP is a training theory developed by Kris Gethin that recommends sets of 50 reps, 40 reps, 30, 20, 10...
then back up to 10, 20 30, 40 and finally 50 - with 45 to 60 seconds of rest between sets

Took in about 2200 cal for the day (then you minus the 600 cal for cardio...)
Circuit Training:
Each circuit consists of
20 BW Squats
20 Push Ups
5 Pull Ups
30 sec Plank
I did 12 Circuits in about an Hour
Total:
240 BW Squats
240 Push Ups
60 Pull Ups
6 Min Plank
