    19 yr old bodybuilder (5 foot 11)

    Squat=320lbs(have yet to try 300 lbs but I did 120kg for 13 as my best last workout)
    Deadlift=425 lbs
    Bench press= 210lbs
    Shoulder press=190lbs( yh I know my shoulders have freakish strength for some reason)

    Wish I was good at bench though. Been my priority since I started but its so slow especially with my super long arms -.- at least it helps me in dead lifts!

    Bench: 240 pause 260 with a slight bounce none of that cave my chest in stuff
    Bb row: 185x8
    Db row: 100x8
    Deadlifts: havnt got a soild max in a while but current is 325x1 going for 400 by the summer
    Squat: 250x2 this is about 3 months old, get to max this out next wensday goal 275, 315 by summer

    Barbell bench : 198 ( havent tried max in a while due to shoulder problems )
    Deadlift: 330
    Leg press: 727 ( havent done it recently as my new gym dosent have it but when i was 16 this was my max )
    Squat: 220 ( still working on my form/knees but i should be able to do 10-20kg more )
    Bench = 120kg/264lbs
    Deadlift = 180kg/418lbs
    Squat = 150kg/330lbs
