    forearm, elbow and arm

    feels like I have a shinn splint in my forearm and in the back of my arm right above my elbow.. I tried resting and going easy on weights.. on today it started again.. hurts really bad while benching.. pain was so bad I couldn't even do a pull up.. any tips?
