I'm aiming for 0.5Kg-0.75kg/week since I'm still chubby.
Today I'm following this. Till now I'm feeling great. I don't know I'll keep changing to find the perfect plan.

Its been like 3 weeks cutting didnt lose or gain im still maintaining weight

A nearby pharmacy sell a digital scale with a body fat tool (the body fat caliper that comes with it is unattached and is very similar to the digital one that is sold on bb.com)

Guys i'm starting aikido class on monday after my bodybuilding session, classes on monday and friday but the class duration is 2 hrs i hope i can make it and i had to get that aikido suite similar to the judo one. Will be learning some japanese sh*t too since the coach uses lots of words saw the first session on friday and i can say its one of the best self defence techniques.

Hello guys !! hope ur doin good. concerning the customs in lebanon, it depends on the price of the package so pay attention if get anything for free from BB it will be charged on you as customs because BB insert it on the list with the price not as a gift. and a minimum of 30,000 LL will be charge and up.

It is cool, the class is 2hrs long and most of the basic work is on your knees which is hard for me specially i squat and deadlift heavy.

Im going from 2 july to 19 july, 9 hrs flight trip with 1 stop in bahrain already booked everything and got my visa but 1 recommandation watch out from ladyboys lol and have fun with beautiful normal girls and russian tourists they are a lot thai food also is good specially sea food, and exotic fruits.

Thai massage is soo damn cheap you pay less than 7$ for 1 hour massage unless u go for nuru massage (erotic massage) not just extra it cost between 50 and 70$ depending on the place

watch out when doing massage most girls there are ladyboys, unless you go for Nuru massage. Trying to shred before summer is becoming an epic nightmare for me, went down from 69kg to 65kg in just few weeks didnt lose much muscles, maintaining my protein level at 140 grams and more per day but cutting down calories to 1800 and specially carbs to 70 (sometimes 100, except off days) is a nightmare im getting headaches and feeling dizzy most of the times specially during workout :/ keeping my heart rate over 166bpm during workout and 90 - 100 bpm during the day to boost metabolism and burn more fat.

hope the suffering will be worthy at the end.

More carbs and fibers from rice and salads taboule twice a week, and sometimes good fatty meat protein like beef and porks grilled (chopped), you cant cut down the fat entirely your body needs it.
