    Ur order is big. It's probably been held at customs. You'll get a notification soon enough. Then again sometimes shipments are late. I have one shipment that's 1 week late and I have received orders I have placed 2 weeks after the one that's late. Next time order something small and never more than 70 usd total and 2 lbs.

    Getting bigger and gaining strength is the easiest part here.

    Chilax you guys. Everybody trains differently. If you see results, well that's all that matters. No need to start insulting and taunting each other.
    Heavy lifting without a spotter is a receipe for something to go wrong. A guy at my gym was benching 120 kgs on decline press, failed on the last rep and almost crushed his skull.

    Again if you use Time Under Tension ( you don't lock up your elbows after the rep) 80 Kgs is a good working weight.

    Btw guys im currently doing the Shortcut to Size workout from Jim Stoppani. I'm finishing the first phase this week. It's a damn good workout and I seriously recommend this for bulking and strength training. Got me back in the game after a shoulder and elbow injury.

    Can you give us the link of that workout?

    As for gaining weight it's not all about the weights as i said before it's about your workout intesity i lift 60kgx70x75x80 8x6x6x4 reps resting only 30 to 45 seconds! Better than lifting 100kg and resting fo 2 mins plus geo had a good point panterabreh update your profile details please.

    Two completely different goals there buddy. Thinking that one is better than the other is a little misguided. At the end of the day it depends what your end goal is.

    Resting two minutes will allow you to output maximal effort during a lift. It'll allow you to build strength to be able to do more reps on the hypertrophy sets.

    Doing my current workout intesity i've noticed more pump than when resting for 2 mins, anyway i must agree that 2 mins is better for muscle recovery more than 45 seconds but since it was recommended for me by a professional

    anybody try products from the brand Inner Armour ? their creatine is decent and i have a tub of muscle-peak that I still didnt open. Its similar to ON's after max but creatine glutamine and bcaa quantities are not mentionned. Feedback anyone?

    I didnt try it but personally creatine didnt work that much for me i had a 1200 grams ON tube and didnt notice any major gain so for me it's a waste of money.

    I just want to mention that before my cycle start i was 63 kg BF 14.7 % (using a pharmacy BF scale not for athletic) during the cycle i became 66.5kg BF 20% on same scale so how do i calculate pure muscle gain ? And fat gained? Any ideas?

    WTF! Something is going wrong here.

    Lbm formula:
    (weight kg x (100-bf%)/100)

    Lets say this scale is accurate and there is no food in your system in both measures.
    You started with: 53.7kg lbm and 9.3kg fat.
    You ended with: 53.2kg lbm and 13.3kg fat.
    Result: 0.5kg lbm lost and 4kg of fat gained.

    Gd job man your doing it right. Keep doing what your doing ,loose muscles and gain some damn fat.

    1- ****ty scale.
    2- ****ty cycle.
    3- one or both of your measurements wasn't taken on an empty stomach.(pretty much this)

    Thanks for giving the formula, and u are right ****ty scale i lost fat in my belly and sides the V shape is showing so i didnt gained much fat using my bodybuilding BF scale before it was 10.x now it is 11.5 %

    Not for athletic? Well there's your problem. you should use a scale that uses impedence to measure bodyfat. The one you use relies on BMI to give you your BF% and that's wrong on so many levels that Mr. Olympia would have 20% bodyfat on these machines. Use bodyfat calipers through 3 or 7 or 9 point method and you will have a good estimated of BF%.

    You're right i used bb.com BF scale and the results where 11.5 % so i guess this is the accurate one.
