About Me
-Im 6 ft 195. Im on a Mini cut to lose 10#
-In high school I used to be a little chubby. Senior year I weighed in at 180(not strong at all)
-Got out of college and started hanging with a friend from high school he got me to go to the gym(I owe him huge for that)
-Have been lifting for 3 years now just got serious about it 1.5 years ago and my diet about 1 year ago
-The present
-Had MPFL reconstruction surgery(to fix my knee cap from dislocating) will not be lifting legs for a while until
im done with Physical therapy. This was in december. Still not fully functional in bending the leg. Very CLOSE
-Workouts are light and quick until I get my energy back up
-The Future after im recovered
-Will be doing the Gaspari off season training following there videos
Goals
Weight- 185 (then going to go on a slow bulk)
Bench- 225 for 2 sets of 10
DB-100's
Incline Bench-215 sets of 10
BB Row- 225 for 2 sets of 10(very close)
Shrugs- 455 for 1 set of 10(at 385 now)
BB Curl- 115 for 1 set of 8(can do 4 reps)
Pull and Chin ups- 30 reps (then will move onto weighted)
Dips- 3 sets of 10 (then move to weighted dips)
CGBP-225 for 2 sets of 5

-Hyper FX was lacking a little today not sure why. Could be that I was already ready to rip heads off or I need more.

-Tried SLDL at 45# felt good stretch and no strain on the knee might just keep doing them

Small Review
Hyper FX Blue Raz
Its scary to mix in a cup with a spoon it really foams. But in a shaker cup it works awesome. Its very carbonated also. I am not able to jug it down but thats ok since it tastes so good.
Cell Mass Artic Berry
I mix it in a cup at work it all doesnt dissolve in 4 oz so I go to 10oz and its good. The flavor is still really good at 10oz also. Im have to give about a week or so and see if I notice any differencesMy “training log”

Quick note Hyper FX really fuzzy it exploded the lid off my bottle today and soaked half my room with blue spray. It was all over. I hope I got enough in my system to take effect

im also a big fan of bsn. im also using cellmass, im only half way through my second week but i think, i think that im getting some good results from it already. i know it might take another week or two before i get anything but im patient. so ill be interested to see where you get with it.
