Morning JUGGERNAUTS!!
Last nights workout felt great! Hope everyone else killed it too. Tonights workout is supposed to be Cardio only and I had been just doing elliptical. Think I will mix it up a bit with adding some cross fit exercises in and adding Cindys.
I mentioned a few days ago I would be posting a challenge to all Juggernauts....stay tuned. You think you can handle the challenge?
Meal 1: coffee, oatmeal, fish oil, oxidane x, cyclo bolan nt
Meal 2: whey protein shake, blueberry greek yougurt
Lets kick some butt in the gym today!!Last edited by Larry819; 04-04-2012 at 06:26 AM.

Best way to put vids up is youtube. When you do post you should get a url from youtube the looks like youtube.c.o.m/shskjhskh Just take the last part of the youtube address and put it in code brackets. [y.o.utube]shskjhskh [/y.o.utube] (take the periods out of youtube) As far as pictures I like upload to flickr. when you are done upload your pics to their site all you have to do is click share and it will give you the whole html post to cut and paste. Best way I learned was to hit quick reply on post that had vids and pics and looked at the codes that are quoted. Let me know if you need more help. By the way you reached the 50 post limit so you'll be good to go to post vids and pics.
Journey is done. See my final pics with Juggernaut HP!

Hit reply with quote to this post and you can see the exact syntax used. The link to the picture is preceded by img and followed with /img enclosed by [ ].
I upload all my pictures to photobucket.com (free site) and then there is an option to copy the link in the exact format needed. Or you can find pictures on the web and follow the procedure mentioned above.
Videos - I think the only videos you can directly embed in your journal are you tube videos. Create a youtube account and you can upload any videos you make there and then embed them in your journal.
This is a link to my final recap of my IAJ Challenge from last year.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1JrU_GkMGw
To embed it in your journal, you put everything after the = sign x1JrU_GkMGw of that line with youtube preceding and /youtube following enclosed by [ ]
Give it a try - if it doesn't work for you leave it up and I can take a look at your syntax and let you know what is wrong. Pictures and videos are a must for a quality journal. You need 50 posts - so you are good there.Certified Personal Trainer

how much weight do you use for kettlebell squats? seems like it can get boring with that exercise... like holding a weight and squatting.. lol.. me personally, i might get bored plus I'd prefer to use something i can't use at home... just wondering how it works for you.
keep on logging man! you look awesome bro!Henry Pun ---->>> http://www.********.com/iamhyp

Upload the photos to a Flickr or Photobucket account, and then it gets a whole lot easier! Then it has a spot online that you "point" to between the img and /img. Let me know if I can be of help. I'll post a photo here, so that if you hit Reply " ", you will be able to see the html code.
Here's the text without the brackets (so it doesn't work, normally there are brackets around the img and /img) img http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7044/7...62c9c1af7f.jpg /img
