Everyone I know is getting really sick and I seem to just be hanging on and fighting stuff off. Still feeling really tired and rundown, making getting out of bed quite tough right now.
Trying to find energy for the gym tonight. If not it'll be tomorrow morning and I'll just be working on a 2 x week schedule for weights and try to just get some light cardio in here and there to increase my energy levels.
I am passing out pretty early these days, so obviously my body is in need of rest.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Yeah I have been to the gym twice in the past week.
But they were heavy days, so not exactly deloads.
I am just going to jump rope in the evenings the next few days.
I think between being run down, and cutting some weight I've created a perfect storm of tiredness.
Going to start adding carbs back into my days instead of jus the evenings.
I don't think it's been treating me well from an energy standpoint.
Cutting weight has been easy, but no real intensity.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

On another note, this has been a deload week for me.
And picking up my puppy in seattle tomorrow! Gonna be a long day but lots of fun.
I may go squat on Saturday, but we'll see. I might have too much puppy love going on haha.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

We like pugs very much, it's suitable for our need and the environment we live in. But I wouldn't mind a frenchie or a boston terrier either....
I think you wouldn't appreciate our weather conditions here in Sweden just replace the rain with freezing cold and ice and add utter darkness to it..my workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213

Pugs are cool little dogs.
And I didn't want to say anything, but I was thinking that lol.
Lots of swedes come to Vancouver and feel right at home. Our weather is slightly less depressing haha.
We have rain 6-7 months of the year and then spring is alright and then we have a very short window for a true summer.
Floght info for my pup has changed. Poor girl has a long day ahead of her.
I might go to the gym to kill some time and take my mind off waiting. I already had a 3hr drive ahead of me and now I have to wait even longer to leave.
My wife is very antsy and sad she can't come with me, but now she'll be even sadder since she has to wait an extra 4 hrs before I'll be home.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

On my way to Seattle
But I made it into the gym and worked up to 275x1 on front squat and then did snatches+overhead squat for 8 sets.
Snatches were done more for technique at 95lbs.
So
95 8x1+5 Overhead Squat.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
