Hey my names joe im currently 325 lbs from 400 lbs 4 months ago my dad started me on activit and stackers 2. he said he used to take them when he was in bootcamp to be a prison guard. well i ran out of stackers and my cousin told me to try oxy elite it was better, i find the energy and hunger suppressant amazing but the activit is also a multivitamin as well so i figured what the hell ill take both. my dad just bought me a bottle of stackers 2 will it hurt me to take all three? will it have no effect or help further? it seems every 10 lbs takes forever for the last 2 months the scale barely moves and im getting desperate i work out 2-3x a day 7 days a week about an hour each workout i do a lot of cardio. bike machine, tredmill kickboxing, jogging and i have a bowflex. i can see definition showing through the fat muscle wise and i feel really good but i can't tell if im making progress in fat loss or muscle gains anymore. i also use betagen, whey proteins, fish oils and some cleansing supplements. can anyone help?

Drop all of them. Nutrition is more important. I advise you to have a carb reload day if you are on a low carb diet. Head over to the nutrition section and read up

Your goals will be accomplished once you understand the calories in vs. calories out rule. Those far burners are likely not doing anything.
Yohimbe has some hunger suppressing effects if you find that helpful. Especially at that weight, you wouldn't want to overdo the fat burners since they tend to have a lot of stims in them. If your tolerance is high, that's fine, but there's no sense in overdoing it. Track your calories every single day and ensure you're hitting your proper caloric goal.
