Nice leg workout and video. I really liked the video, it showed how intense you workout. Proud to be hitting the gym with you, keep killing it. " ........Gonna hit shoulders tomorrow and nail some cardio only Friday.. Saturday gonna rock it out with rumblebird and Jhall67.... GET SOME... " Looking forward to saturday. By the way, does your gym mind it when people ROAR during their workouts. I like to roar after every set. Just kidding, well okay maybe not. LOL

If you want it, make it happen. No one else, but you, can make you make it happen.
Don't "JUST DO IT", give it your all.
Anyone can show up and pick up a dumbell, but not everyone will give it their all.
I don't stop working out when my muscles are sore, I stop when I'm done with my workout.
Todays excuses, won't help you tomorrow.

It hit me when I got to work.. Started to come down the stairs and had to grab the rail to prevent myself from smashing my face...
Should be plenty of video and pics..
Thanks man seems like Saturday is not getting here soon enough..
AMT machine is a fancier elliptical in my opinion it goes back and forth and up and down... Now for the carbs the closer to the end of the 12 weeks the farther I drop I have to peel them back to lose more fat. While I am dropping carbs I increase protein... Yes makes me miserable but after this 12 weeks I am going back into what I call a maintenance phase then back into lifting for gains..

If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power!

JUGGERNAUTS Pulling Together.
The greatest accomplishments in life are not achieved by individuals alone, but by proactive people pulling together for a common good. Look behind every winner and you will find a great coach. Look out in front of every superstar and you will see a positive role model. Look alongside every great achiever and you will find caring people offering encouragement, support and able assistance.
Rising to this level of interdependent thinking can be challenging and difficult. Looking beyond oneself, asking for help or accepting help can feel risky. But people are not given life to simply take from one another.
We are here to give. Our mission in life is to offer our gifts to benefit one another, to create mutual gain in the world. This is called teamworka win/win mindset stemming from a genuine commitment to the rules that allow it to happen.

Day 39 Shoulders
Ok so I did not shoot a video today but I want to leave you all with this today.. Someone forwarded this to me and I wanted to share it with all of you this I felt this applies to Juggernauts too..
I must possess complete integrity
For temptations will bestride my path;
I must be tidy in my thoughts and person
For pride, ambition, will demand this.
Patience and courage are my twin companions...
Patience paves the way for my lucid thinking
While courage should be boundless.
My rank instills in me a sense of power
Which I must discipline so that no man need fear me...
Except there be good reason.
And by these concepts I will be strong...
A true servant and guardian of THE LAW. I know everyone is not law enforcement or military but I felt a lot of what is said in this is good stuff.

Juggernaut HP on shoulder day veins popping and shoulders feeling like softballs ready to explode, the undeniable flavor of the crimson punch in first thing in the morning is what I need to give me the energy and focus I need to push through these super set days. It is like Lightning running though my veins from cardio through my workout to my last round of cardo. What more could you ask for in a Pre workout formula? Nothing this is exactly what a Juggernaut like me needs.... Along with the Juggernaut the glutamine has also found a permanent spot in my arsenal. After the rip roaring leg routine I performed yesterday, I was back to 95% by morning and not walking around like a rubber band man..
Tomorrow I will only be doing cardio so I can recover for Saturday where I will be powering through a nice and solid chest, tris, and bi's routine with rumblebird and Jhall.. Can not wait...Look sharp, act sharp, be sharp!!!

Whats UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!, looking hard core there brother, can't wait till Sat. gets here, I ready to break it down juggernaut style. I got my bird first day of the season. I had to army crawl 200 plus yards in the mud, sand and rain, across a field, keep my weapon clean and stay a ghost just to get within range of that boy. I was all out juggernaut, and 40 min later I was a victorious Juggernaut!!!!!
Okay back on track, I hit chest today but not hard enough to hurt Sat. just enough to prep. Going to get on the elliptical tomorrow and burn some cals and see how it goes with the knee Lets do this!!!!!! Get some!!!!!!!!!Will Hunt For Food, wait,! I do hunt for food!!!!!!!!
