Yea alls well. Me and my sister have both been working wayyy too hard on it. So hard, that its kinda screwed our personal lives and health up a bit. But like I said, Im getting that back on track now. We've hired an assistant each, which is helping alleviate so much stress.

So many things I want to do.

Im talking straight salmon sushi sashimi style. I do love those salmon rolls with the spicy sauce on it though.

I've gotten this twice using the ez bar; once when i was doing triceps seated on the preacher bench, and the other while doing triceps lying on a bench. I never plan to do either ever again.

Sup, my brother. I'm having baked chicken leg quarters with red potato's and corn right now. With my normal salad.


Sitting here finishing up the trophies for Cabela's' Big Game Hunter 2012. The story mode is not hard. It's that shooting gallery with a PS3 controller that sucks, lol. Meant to be played with that gun thingy.

Nice, had some ground beef with pasta. As for the elbow thing I was reading around is that your elbow should be parallel to your wrist and if it's too wide you'll have pain in your elbows. Going to try it next time hopefully no pain.
