I LOVE LOVE LOVE JENNY! I haven't seen this book though - I am so on my way over to Amazon.com... I adore oatmeal.
The tastiest way I found to prepare Quinoa is by cooking it with a bit of coconut milk but if a person is watching their fat's this is a problem. Usually, I cook mine with a lot of herbs and black peppercorns in the water or a few whole sticks of cinnamon. Also I like to sometimes have Quinoa in the morning in place of oatmeal and pour cold milk, cinnamon, and banana slices over it.Until you spread your wings you'll have no idea how far you can fly!

There's also a quinoa recipe there too. My sis gave me a copy of the book =)
Mmmm... I have to try some of that for breakfast. ^.^ Maybe even put in my Vanilla Whey powder for protein or else I'll end up cooking egg whites on the side. :P
Jenny's an inspiration all together too. What a transformation! She's my sis's idol when she wanted to train for figure before.

Good morning my fellow JUGGZ!!! How's the Juggernaut Nation doing?!
I'll be drowning today in a pile of work in my office. But of course, that doesn't mean I'll miss my cardio for today to de-stress. Looking forward to it actually! I'm sure with all of the happenings, the day would go faster than Sonic.
I was so hyper last night, can't even get my head to focus on what to write for my log. So ended up doing ab workouts before crashing into my much-needed rest to rebuild the muscles. However, here's the happenings for today and yesterday...
Yesterday's Nutrition:
Meal#1: 1/2 c. of oatmeal, 4 oz. of chicken, 1/2 c. of spinach + morning supps
Meal#2: 4 oz. of chicken, 3 tbsp of cream of wheat, 1/2 c. of spinach
Meal#3: 4 oz of chicken, 3 tbsp of cream of wheat, 1/2 c. of spinach + BCAA, Phynel-Core, L-Carnitine, and CLA
Meal#4: 4 oz. of white fish, 1/2 of a banana, 1/2 c. of green beans
Snack: Protein Shake + 1 tbsp of peanut butter + BCAA, L-Carnitine, and CLA
Pre-Workout:Juggernaut
Meal#5: Casein + 1/2 of a banana + 1 c. of bok choy
I feel like this sometimes when I'm eating:

Here's my thoughts on Juggernaut: Crimson Punch Flavor
1/2 scoop of Juggernaut
Flavor- 10/10 - A good treat w/ ice.
Pump- 10/10 - OMG, My trainer actually have to increase my weights a lot because of the pump I'm getting. It's great to see my veins popping out from all the blood pumping in my body.
Energy- 10/10 I have so much energy that I can go through my training AND do extra sets and cardio myself afterwards.
Stamina- 10/10 Definitely an increasse in stamina. Sometimes, it's hard to rest afterwards because I keep wanting to do more.
Today's Nutrition:
Putting myself in a carb cycle for this week so I can get ready this weekend for a photoshoot. Today's low-carb day
Meal#1: 1/4 c. of oatmeal, 4 oz. of chicken, 1/2 c. of spinach + morning supps
Meal#2: 1 banana + 4 oz. of chicken + 1/2 c. of spinach
