OP, mind telling us your diet and gym routine you followed?
I know lean gains is working out fasted then having 1 big meal, mind telling me the times you ate and what kind of food you were eating?
Also what supplements you were on would help

Correct me if I am wrong but Leangains covers diet (fasted workouts, etc...). Does Leangains also suggest a way to train..or training program? I have a link to the site but my computer takes ages to open it and it has so much information I would have to dig through it for days. I will one day but i was just wondering if he suggests some workout routines or philosophy....as well as calorie intake.
