Thankx man. No wasn't lifting while I was fat for about 6 years. but b4 that I did lift for a couple years and I guess the muscle lay dormant under all my fat
At my heaviest I was 165kg and I'm now 101kg doing a recomp. 165kg is close to 400lbs

Nope was purely a cut. Think I had some nice newb gains tho while cutting + muscle memory kicked in some.

Thx man! Yeah I cheated quite a few times but the main thing was that I never let it blowout past a bad day or whatever.

WTF!?!?! OK...I'm going to put aside for a second what you "lost" and talk more about what you "gained". Jees...brother: where to start. Chest and shoulders have come along fantastic. Is that "detail" I see in your back? NICE! Arms look good...even your core is coming along great.

Correct me if I am wrong but Leangains covers diet (fasted workouts, etc...). Does Leangains also suggest a way to train..or training program? I have a link to the site but my computer takes ages to open it and it has so much information I would have to dig through it for days. I will one day but i was just wondering if he suggests some workout routines or philosophy....as well as calorie intake.
