when is the best time to take fat burners?

Just got myself some free fat burners (usn cut i think) but not sure if taking em atm will do much though.

Im still at a high bf % and i've heard mixed opinions about taking them. Im a fan of diet and cardio but im wondering if fat burners are something to add to my weight loss arsenal.

Just finished a cycle of Animal Cuts. 3 weeks on. They did nothing. Srs. The only thing I noticed was that I had a slight case of diarrhea for 3 weeks. Oh yeah, and they made me feel like **** at times.

    edit:
somebody once said: "if it's legal, it doesn't work. If it works, it's not legal". Food for thought.

Yohimbine works, but only on stubborn fat at lower BF% and even then it's questionable. EC stack works. Even so best results for an obese person would be to lose 5-10 extra pounds in a full year's use.

Not sure it would be worth the money for that.

Some can work I would imagine. A lot of fat burners contain green tea extract which is pretty well know for fat oxidation. But nothing is going to magically drop any fat.

If you have any history of heart problems or sensitivity to caffeine stay away from them. They'll make you palpitate like crazy.

Not true. Caffeine, Yohimbe, ephedrine...ect all actually do make you burn more calories. How many and at what cost is a whole different thing.

ephedrine w/ caffeine does yes. Yohimbine HCL can help mobilize fat stores when lean (under 12%)

Got any pub meds on this? Are the increases in bmr of any significance? I just started an ec stack, so I should probably know this stuff. XD Any replies are appreciated. I'm not trying to be a d*** by asking for a paper.

If this is addressed at me, I'm not arguing. I'm just trying to understand how it actually works. Up until now, I thought it only suppressed appetite and boosted energy (which is why I started a stack). But, if it also raises bmr, that is like a 'two birds with one stone' kind of deal.

Lyle McDonald has a whole section about yohimbine in ud2.0 and it's one of his stubborn fat loss protocols

Ec is commonly known to increase bmr although by only 2-5% if that but it surpresses appetite

i would only take them at around 14% or below to help with the last bit of fat and it worked unbelievably well

took hydroxycut pro and it actually worked
