I am new to the diets and such. I come from a family that eats whatever looks good and taste good to them and most of the time its fatning like crazy. I'm getting back into my workouts and such. If anyone could help me with the calories I have to take in a day and such. I'm trying to get to at least 150lb at the minimum. But lean muscle though. I'm currently taking a post workout after shock Orange. Any tips or anything could help. I'm currently at 135lb
