hey everyone, im sorta new to the boards. I'm 17 and have started working out 3 months ago. I have seen a great change in my body and I know taht im doing everything right. however, my most concern is my height. I have heard taht BB will have great effect on your height be4 you're 21. some say that it's pure bs and it has no effect. I don't know who to listen to :S I have gone through many topic on this forum be4 posting, but I was unsucceful to find any thread regarding my questoin. I would really appreciate it if you could answer this. please don't respond if you're not sure. Im 5 11 and both my parents and all my cousins are tall.

Proper weight lifting doesn't stunt your growth.
Satisfied yet. If not, theis topic has been discussed numerous times and you can just look for another thread relating to it. I just think people are getting tired for responding to the same thread topic.
