    Do I have a great genetic and what's my Body TYPE ?!!?!

    Hey guys!!

    I've been lifting for 2 years now and I'm 19. I do not take creatine or pre-workout. Only eat alot, train insane and sleep alot. and I was wondering if I have a great genetics, cause I really don't know what is a great genetics!! And what body type I am? A Mesomorph, Ectomorph, Endomorph or 2 combine ?!?!

    Help me please cause I really want to know my body type !!

    No such thing as body types.

    As for OP, you're looking pretty good. But I don't see how supplements have to do with anything.. Supplements basically mean food but in a different form. If you really think creatine is something that is bad for you, you might as well stop eating meat since meat contains creatine.

    While I agree creatine is 100% safe and worthwhile to use, it's just a bit silly to say that 'you may as well stop eating meat'. Something can be safe in small doses (and the quantities in meat are relatively small) but not supraphysiological doses.

    OP, you look like you just stepped into the gym. If there were such a thing as body types, you'd be a combo of all three.

    I was 155 on June 2011. The GYM Burn so I've done alot of Ghetto workout. I went to 143 on august 2011 !! I restart College so I train at the gym there and I restart my diet, in 4 month I went from 143 to 160 !! What the hell was that ?!
