This is a Losing Fat /Motivation /shameless self promotion thread...I stepped on the scale this morning and saw 228lbs (was sitting at 235-238 in avi). Not a huge difference and somewhat of an oddball number to be excited about I know. But what got me stoked was the last time I saw this number on a scale was my freshman year of high school and that was with a completely different build.... And another thing that I am stoked about...my cut is almost over ahead of schedule...might even have time for a mini bulk before its time to peel the T-shirt off around the pool...YEAH BUDDY!!!

I am 6'-2" and 10lbs ago I was 12% according to the machine they had at the gym ( I know those are not 100% accurate but it gave me a ballpark).Originally Posted by cnh57811

Nice job man... I felt I had to post because I stepped on the scale and got 228 this morning too. Down from 253, I'll probably keep cutting down to 215ish.

Man OP great job! I have stalled out on my cut big time and cannot seem to find the right foods that work with me or im just lazy as fuark right now...any advice on Diet? ive got the workout and cardio down but cant seem to get the diet right....Repped BTW...BA job man!,,,anyway you could PM me with an idea of your diet? not trying to troll OP just curious.

IIFIYM / I.F...... first and foremost I count every calorie that enters my mouth. Second I make sure I hit my protein goals for the day which to make it easy I aim for 200g but usually end up well beyond that. And thats about as crazy as my diet gets. If I want it I eat it , I just make sure its accounted for calories/protein wise...and I am consistent with my diet and training...I dont do cardioOriginally Posted by cevans0823

Thats because it is simple once you decide you're tired of being fat...because in the end its either work your a$$ off and be in shape (which feels WAAAAAAY better) or be lazy and get fat (which is just depressing)...and I.F. isnt for everybody but it works best for meOriginally Posted by cevans0823
