I got a PR on dat der bench (180x2) FAK YES! So happy after failing hard as fuah last week on my 3 rep min. I rewarded myself with a 13oz top round steak today and went over my protein macros by 20g. However, I compensated that surplus by lowering carbs to around 390 (415 = requirement).
