Pretty good workout this morning. I'm starting 5/3/1 over from scratch...deloaded my squat maxes like a mofo so I could actually hit some reps this go around.

pretty good workout. I broke out the chalk for the 1st time in about 2 months! Felt good making a mess all over me, the bar and the floor
I set my deadlift max pretty low, I feel like Im sand baggin pretty bad here. It probably took me about 15 minutes total to load, unload and lift the sets. 10 reps on the last set was pretty tough though.
Pull ups have become one of my favorite workouts, its nice being able to pull my fatass up!My 5/3/1 progress can be found here.
