Eat more carbs. That low carb dieting **** is dumb. Your body needs carbs to function, feed it.

Even though you're disappointed you have some really strong numbers going.
What has your low carb diet been looking like?
My carb sources tend to be rice, spuds, yams, banana's, and lots O milk, and then lots of greens.
You could always do more carbs on training days and then keep them a tiny bit lower on rest days and up the protein, fat, and greens.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

So I didnt hit any PRs today, it was still a solid workout. I needed to hit 8 on my last set to tie what I did last month..oh well. Decided against doing 5x10 today, opted for sets of 5...should have used more weight, but I was really trying sumo stance out. Have a few vids. Sumo actually felt natural, may give it a try with more weight Friday. Vids, all side angles today!
What you dont see in the squat vid is some guy standing off camera...I could see him in the mirror..he was applauding me, kinda through me off when I saw him.

I couldnt quite get my hand placement right on the sumos. My 5/3/1 progress can be found here.

Sweet. I cannot wait to be squatting 3+ wheels ... Makin' it look easy!
That said, you should start looking at dropping a bit deeper, though. You were barely making parallel... Though it might just be the angle, seriously. 5th was deepest, like NC said.

Does she really want to lose weight, or does she really want you to lose weight?
I'll agree that a happy wife makes for a happy familly!
I'm lucky to have been at my heaviest at about 30% BF, but then when I was bulking I was the same weight but only 25% BF, so I didn't get any complaints from the wife.My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):
