    Even though you're disappointed you have some really strong numbers going.

    What has your low carb diet been looking like?

    My carb sources tend to be rice, spuds, yams, banana's, and lots O milk, and then lots of greens.

    You could always do more carbs on training days and then keep them a tiny bit lower on rest days and up the protein, fat, and greens.
    the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

    If you're really doing low carb, then give Targeted Ketogenic Diet a try. Basically, you only consume carbs around your training , pre workout and post workout.

    So I didnt hit any PRs today, it was still a solid workout. I needed to hit 8 on my last set to tie what I did last month..oh well. Decided against doing 5x10 today, opted for sets of 5...should have used more weight, but I was really trying sumo stance out. Have a few vids. Sumo actually felt natural, may give it a try with more weight Friday. Vids, all side angles today!

    The diet is her deal. She's been trying to lose weight for awhile, she figured low/no carbs will jumpstart it. I just jumped on the wagon. Iam down 9lbs this morning, aside from the weakness in the gym..its pretty cool I can fit in some of my old clothes again. And as far as the diet goes, we leave for vacation June 8th...diet is off during..and when I get home again..weights gotta go up!

    Big difference is im hitting core lifts twice a week. both high and low volume. ive also cut out some of the accesory lifts.
