    Keto Before/After Pics

    2nd time on keto in a 12 month span... Originally went from 216 lbs to currently 191 lbs. Don't know exact BF% but i know its improved. Currently on day 23 of keto diet. Gunna TRY for another 5 months of keto, but starting next week i move to a TKD where i've been on a SKD for the past 3 weeks.

    thx man... it does work if u stick to it. was skeptical at first and first time around my friends noticed more of a difference than i did. but the second time now, my energy levels are higher, my work outs are insane and my carb cravings are way down too. Results on keto are quick!

    I agree with you. The results are very quick. 14 pounds in the first 3 weeks. I am planning on doing keto until I start grad school in August. I feel I am just going to stay on teh SKD though. Once August comes around, I will start a slow bulk probably using the TKD

    The only thing i've ever used for information is "guide to ketosis" a garbage article in a magazine and plenty of time reading these forums. Most mornings though before work i'm forced to do plyometrics or an extended run. but after dinner i hit the weight room, and i dont play around in there. I prolly burn more calories than the average person but everything boils down to the diet. its the hardest part but its hands down the most important part too. No tricks or magic pills, i follow the same diet as all u guys. Just put the time in the gym follow the diet and u'll see results too.

    Considering Keto myself.. Been eating clean proteins, and only eating carbs before I workout which is twice a day and still gained 5 lbs this week.. When I do eat carbs I feel sluggish sometimes during my workouts and thats even with caffiene.. After seeing the pics and reading some great reviews on here I may try it a few months and see what happens
