Are you referring to the BB'er I posted? That's Aaron Curtis and yes he got banned for 1,3. As to if he is natty, I don't know/care. I think it is possible that he is natty.

Well obviously no two people will have the same structure and insertions but size and leaness is another thing. When I see physiques I like I prefer to think about it as my goal in terms of size and leaness. I tend to favour guys my height too so it's more realistic, albeit Kane isn't but hes just a sick kant anyways.

Geez a little insulting don't you think? I mean sure it's not YOUR ideal physique but at the same time, I'd hate to be ~20% bodyfat even if I could bench 4pps. Even still, I wouldn't tell you your goal physique sucks or "I'd hate myself if I looked like that." Its all about a person's perception and the wants of the individual. Sounds like you are above everyone because you lift for power. This reminds of the recent thread about lifting for strength/power or for aesthetics. People are making it sound like being single digit body fat and not weighing 200lbs+ means a person is just lifting like a pussy and trying to get a 6 pack for the beach. Not really sure how a guy weighing 150lbs benching 275 is any less impressive than a guy weighing 220lbs benching 405. From here on, I judge an individuals strength based on how many muscle ups one can do. If you can't do one... drop some body fat or get stronger *******s!
I do muscle ups in the power rack. Come at me.

I have an actual phobia/terror of being small/weak and muscle dismorphia. I do not see a person who trains in that picture. I see a skeleton with skin streched across it. That isn't ment as an insult is what my muscle dismorphia sees. Relative strength at those type of bodyweights is an excuse to not try to get larger or stronger by intent. A 150 lbs guy who benched 425 and squats 600 though would be impressive though, but my first question would be "What would happen if he ate more? Why is he intentionally limiting himself just to remain at such a bodyweight? Cell tech + more calories and he would be a beast."
I will also point out again people have in posts in the Nut Misc reminded me a number of times how unimpressive I was a decade ago... that I was just big but fat an unaesthetic. Should I be insulted or should I have done what I did and admit they were right and that in the future when bulking I should use better dieting methods. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, if I can't be thick skinned about it I really shouldn't be posting on the internet. If I tell you you are tiny at 154 lbs, either be more thick skinned about it and laugh it off, or do something about it and put some size on if it actually bothers you that I said it.
Also I neither know nor care what a muscle up is, you mad bro? ;-)

True...but I look at it kinda differently. Goal, admire, etc.. whatever.
My goal physique is Frank McGrath but I know I'll never be 250lbs and lean.....
Thats ok though. Keeps me motivated and driven to get stronger, leaner, faster, improve endurance, etc..
That's all I need.BRAINS & GAINS

Uhh,
noun. 1. the result or achievement toward which effort is directed;
You can direct your effort towards something without it being attainable. I've seen different numbers for Sergio, but 5'10'', 227 on stage is the last one I saw. One calculator put me at 217 @ 10% being my maximum potential. That is pretty damn close.
Also, you keep bringing up that people have commented on the way you used to look. I know of two people that have(myself and Chad), mine was simply to point out you constantly were ragging on Zyzz, but many would find his physique more appealing. That says nothing about you other than some people would prefer his physique. It is not like people are constantly commenting on how you used to look or negatively commenting on it, yet you bring it up as a rationalization to harp on others. IMO, people can do as they like in training/diet, will I have the same goals? No, but that doesn't make them 'wrong'.
